Greetings and welcome.
I am a private practitioner, supervisor, and facilitator working in downtown Toronto, and surrounding areas.
Our work will explore the possibilities and choices open to you. We will focus on hearing what is meaningful to you, and finding creative ways to support insight and self-determination.
What to Expect
Together, we will make sense of experiences, find ways to sit with what is going on in the present, and figure out next steps for moving forward.
In sessions, we will use the deep wisdom of intuition, creativity, and experiential moments. Counselling support will help align and reconnect you with what is important to you.

Our fit, and the therapeutic relationship we create, will be very important to our work. For this reason, I offer a complimentary 30 minute phone consultation.
This brief conversation will provide an opportunity for you to share some goals for the therapy, feel out if we might have a comfortable connection for therapeutic work, and ask any questions you might have. To schedule a consultation, click here:

Much of my experience centres on providing counselling for young people and adults, and clinical development for counsellors.
