Service Description

Couples counselling is a helpful way to stay connected in the relationship, work through changes or challenges, and explore next steps for each partner in the couple. All couples are welcome. Therapeutic couples work can be used as a self-care space for happy or working relationships, or as a way to work on creating a new identity during times of change. Emotionally Focused Therapy is the main approach used in this work.
